Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is returned in the same condition it was received. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with any original packaging or documentation included.

Loose gemstones must not be set, recut, scratched, chipped, polished, altered, or damaged after delivery. Jewelry must not show signs of wear, resizing, repair, or modification.

Because many of our gemstones, jewelry pieces, and estate finds are one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges may not always be available. If you would like to exchange an item, contact us first and we will let you know what options are available.

To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for the request before sending the item back. Returns or exchanges sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once the item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom-cut stones, custom jewelry work, altered items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Idaho Gemstones offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

Because many of our items are gemstones, jewelry pieces, handcrafted items, or one-of-a-kind finds, each order is packed carefully before shipment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Idaho Gemstones is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

International shipping may be available depending on the item and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges required by their country.
