Shipping policy

Idaho Gemstones offers free standard shipping on MOST of our orders in the U.S.A

We attempt to combine shipping with multiple purchases when possible. Our policy is to be fair and honest with shipping your products, but all carriers ( USPS-FedEx-UPS ) are constantly adjusting their fee’s.  Most of our products under $50.00 will have a shipping cost, however we will make every effort to ensure that your item arrives safely, secure and in a reasonable time frame.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

Because many of our items are gemstones, jewelry pieces, handcrafted items, or one-of-a-kind finds, each order is packed carefully before shipment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Idaho Gemstones is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

International shipping may be available depending on the item and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges required by their country.
